Day 2

So sore after last nights workout but feeling like I have more energy today.  My friend Nick taught me that the best way to get over the workout aches is to workout again so all that lactic acid in my muscles will get worked out of the muscle tissue.  I hope he's right... Hitting the weights tonight, upper body.  45 minutes of cardio.  Heartrate was at 152 the entire time = fat burn.  BOOM!
