Day 10
So I am a little over a week in and have already noticed a little looseness in my pants. Still, I was hoping for more of a noticeable difference with all the change that's taken place with my diet and excercise. Am I wrong to think that? Does anyone else get discouraged right away when they are working out? I have been feeling kind of like I will never make this deadline. I think I need to step it up a notch. Any suggestions? Anyone out there feel my pain... my hunger pain?

Day 2
So sore after last nights workout but feeling like I have more energy today. My friend Nick taught me that the best way to get over the workout aches is to workout again so all that lactic acid in my muscles will get worked out of the muscle tissue. I hope he's right... Hitting the weights tonight, upper body. 45 minutes of cardio. Heartrate was at 152 the entire time = fat burn. BOOM!

Day 1
Today is the first day of my goal to shed pounds, feel healthier, and have some online accountability. My goal is to achieve my high school weight in one year. Current weight 285. Goal weight 180. That's over 100 lbs! Its gross I know, but its time to start doing something about this issue and it starts with the man in the mirror.
